Agreement - Please read carefully:

Signing this document below is in consideration in the sum of money exchanged from you the client to the photographer MARILYN MYLES PHOTOGRAPHY. You, do irrevocably authorize said photographer,  his or her assigns, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives, and hires to copyright, publish and use in all forms of media and in all manners for advertising, trade, promotions, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose, images of  both you and Marilyn Myles Photography. 

Which I own and have full and sole authority to license for such uses, regardless of whether said use is composite or distorted in character form, whether said use is made in conjunction with my own name or which a fictitious name, or whether said use is made in color black and white or otherwise, or other derivative works are made through any medium.

I waive any right that I any have to inspect or approve the photographs or finished version incorporating the photographs, including written copy that may be used in connection therewith.

All payments made directly, via emt, cash, credit or otherwise is non refundable. In the event you have to cancel your appointment with the photographer, you will be offered the choice of 1 rain date, if you do not show for the second date you will be asked to rebook with full payment.

I am of full age and have every right to contract in my own name with respect to foregoing matters. I agree that this release shall be binding on me, my legal representatives, hires, and assigns. I have read the above information and authorize and release prior to its execution and I am fully cognizant in its contents. 

I will in no way change, re edit, manipulate in any way any of the photos I  receive from the photographer, Marilyn Myles Photography.
